Implementation plan

MOZI — a 7-day advertising course, Day 1 ships tonight

A one-week, ~54-hour course that teaches a total beginner to write ads, built from the Hormozi source already on disk. Its first 5.5 hours run tonight and tomorrow morning and end with a real apartment listed on three platforms in Arabic and English.

Awaiting approval Hard deadline: ad live tomorrow AM 8 modules · ~54h Target mozi-edu.pages.dev Learner: total beginner AR + EN

Objective

Build a self-contained interactive course that takes someone with no marketing background to writing ads that actually sell, and get its first module into her hands tonight because a real apartment has to be listed by tomorrow morning.

The course is built from primary source, not summaries. Desktop\Mozi edu\hormozi-playbooks\ already holds ~2.3 MB of Hormozi material — $100M Offers, $100M Money Models, and eleven playbooks including Goated Ads, Hooks, Marketing Machine, Branding, Pricing and Lead Nurture. Frameworks get taught in his exact terminology with a line-range citation recorded for each one.

Done means

What she opens tonight

Three screens carry the whole product: the module list, the rep screen where the four-tier loop actually happens, and the export that hands her work to a grader. Everything else is a variation on the rep screen.

Export carries the prediction and the self-check alongside the answer, so grading can correct her calibration and not only her copy.

The feedback loop

A single loop is the wrong shape here. Three different jobs need three different latencies, and each one has a different grader — so they nest rather than compete. The fast loop builds accuracy, the slow loop builds transfer, and the outer loop is the only one that pays.

Nested by latency · inner loops run many times inside one turn of the outer loop
Tier 4 · the market days · graded by real buyers · views, saves, messages, reply rate
Tier 3 · the coach hours · graded by him → me → back onto the rep
In the app · seconds graded by her, against fixed criteria
Tier 1 · instant check
Objective, machine-checkable: one CTA, a real number, a named audience, under the char limit. Scores itself.
Tier 2 · predict & reveal
She scores her own work against the rubric and commits a predicted grade. Only then does the A-grade example unlock.
Builds
Accuracy — beginners improve fastest on immediate correction
Builds
Transfer — delayed expert feedback wins on retention
Builds
Judgement — calibration is what turns a writer into an editor
Decision · the prediction is mandatory, not optional

Tier 2 could be a "check your answer" button. It isn't, because reacting to a good example is recognition — she already has that. Committing a predicted grade first is what converts the rep from watching into producing, and it also gives the coach tier something to correct beyond the copy itself: whether she can tell good work from bad. The verifier fails the build if any reveal is reachable without its selfgrade.

Every module also opens with copywork — hand-copying a proven piece, from the 121-hook swipe file in the Hooks playbook or a top-performing real listing. It is the drill the profession has actually used for a century, and it is the one place she types someone else's words rather than her own.

Course map

Minutes are computed from screen contents, never declared in a header. A previous course in this house drifted 90 minutes low on declared numbers, so the verifier now owns the arithmetic.

What the source covers, and what it doesn't

An extraction pass across the playbooks established exactly where the material runs out. This is the part most likely to go wrong quietly, so it is settled before authoring starts.

Named but never taught in the files: the Ad Kaleidoscope and Whisper-Tease-Shout. Both are promised and never explained. Teach the mechanism they point at and label it honestly — do not invent Hormozi content and attribute it to him.
Risk · the strongest frameworks are built for recurring revenue

An apartment is a one-time sale of a single physical asset. Money models, continuity offers, LTV and churn math, refund guarantees and most pricing plays assume a customer who buys again — they do not apply, and a beginner who tries to bolt a subscription onto a flat has been taught badly. Module 01 uses only the transferable set; the recurring machinery is taught later, explicitly labelled as such, in modules 02 and 08.

Module 01 in detail — the part that has to ship

Twelve screens, roughly four hours, split across tonight and tomorrow morning. It is ordered so that the ad exists before the polish does.

  1. Deal sheet — the form above, filled once and reused by every later rep.
  2. Who actually buys this flat, and what they are really buying.
  3. Marketplace awareness reality: buyers there are solution-, product- and most-aware, so hooks must be promise-, proof- and offer-driven. Pain and curiosity hooks are wasted on a search results page.
  4. Title = a hook with no room. 20 titles in both languages using the 7 formats, then pick 5.
  5. Photos as demonstration ads — order, first frame, and what each shot has to prove.
  6. Body copy driven through the value equation, with the honest negatives stated.
  7. Price framing against real comparables.
  8. The CTA line, all five parts.
  9. Repackaging for Dubizzle vs Marketplace vs Groups — different lengths, different rules.
  10. Buyer-reply scripts — first response, qualification, booking a viewing, the negotiation opener. Speed is a conversion factor; the scripts exist so she can be fast without thinking.
  11. Ship checkpoint — post, then log the three URLs.
  12. Metrics log at 24h / 48h / 7d. This is what module 03 rewrites against.

Module 07 — the media-buying module

The one he wants for himself as much as for her, and the one with no source material on disk. The money math comes first and is drilled on generated dashboards: CPM, CTR, CPC, CVR, CPA, AOV, ROAS, breakeven, LTV:CAC. Then Ads Manager structure, objectives, CBO vs ABO, audiences, placements, pixel and CAPI, attribution windows; creative testing at Hormozi volume using his CTA A/B/C protocol; kill criteria and minimum spend per creative; frequency and fatigue; scaling rules. Worked examples run in two tracks — the apartment for her, StudyFix for him.

Decision · a false-green drill sits inside module 07

One dashboard in this module shows an obvious winner that isn't one — too small a sample, a misleading attribution window, or a seasonality artifact — and she has to catch it. Media buying is where confident wrong numbers cost real money, and reading a dashboard correctly is a separate skill from writing the ad. The verifier asserts this drill exists.

The app

One self-contained page, no dependencies, no build step. Content is split one file per module — which is what makes the modules authorable in parallel without merge conflicts, and what keeps the engine stable while content churns.

Reused from the existing courses

Two courses in this house already run this engine — workspace\victor\course\index.html and Desktop\Sites\sf-design\. The second generation is the better one and is what gets carried over:

New widgets this course needs

WidgetJob
dealsheetThe apartment form. Feeds every later rep, and makes the course reusable for the next thing she sells
writeTimed textarea rep, saved. dir="auto" so Arabic renders right-to-left correctly
pairSide-by-side AR + EN — a rep is not complete until both are filled
selfgradeRubric checklist plus a committed predicted grade. Gates the reveal
checkInstant objective scoring — tier 1
revealThe A-grade worked example. Unreachable before a prediction
copyworkProven original above, her retype below

coachnotesWhere graded feedback gets pasted, pinned to that exact rep
dashboardRealistic ad dashboards for module 07, including the false-green one
exportOne button → the formatted block for WhatsApp

Cheat sheets are a #/print route with print CSS, one A4 page per module with wide margins for annotation. Living inside the app means they cannot drift out of sync with the content the way separate PDFs would.

Stored state

Key mozi.v1 — deliberately not sfc2 or sfdesign.v1, which belong to the two existing courses and would collide.

localStorage["mozi.v1"]

}

Nothing leaves her browser. The deal sheet is never uploaded anywhere, and the published page makes no network requests.

Build order

The constraint that shapes everything: a listing has to be live tomorrow morning. So the engine and day one ship before a single line of the rest of the week is written, and the deadline stops being at risk while there is still most of a session left to spend on the other six days.

Phase A · serial
Freeze the contract
The content schema and the format law, in one file. Everything downstream writes against it, which is what makes the parallelism safe rather than a merge problem.
Phase B · serial · the deadline
Engine + modules 00 and 01 → verify → deploy
index.html, all eleven widgets, m0.js, m1.js, the print route. She can start the moment this lands.
Ship gate — deadline cleared here

m7.js
Media buying
Each authoring agent gets its assigned playbook files, the frozen schema, and its rubric requirement. Each writes exactly one data/mN.js and nothing else.
Phase D · serial
Assemble · verify · adversarial cut
Merge, run the verifier, then one pass whose mandate is to cut — any block that doesn't tie to "she can write an ad that sells" is prosecutable. Redeploy.
Phase E · serial
Write GRADING.md
A rubric per rep, so any future session grades her work identically. This is what stops the loop degrading over the week.
Decision · this needs your explicit go-ahead

Phase C is a multi-agent fan-out — roughly nine to eleven agents running concurrently, which is materially more expensive than building the modules one after another. It is how the whole week gets built in one session without me losing the thread between modules, which is what you asked for. Approving this plan is the go-ahead for that fan-out. If you'd rather I build the modules serially, say so and I'll drop Phase C to a sequential loop.

Verification

node verify_course.mjs from Mozi edu\ must print ALL CHECKS PASSED before every deploy. It evaluates the engine headlessly with a shimmed localStorage and document/window left undefined; renderers return strings, so every assertion is a string check. No browser is ever opened on his screen.

Then deploy and confirm it is actually live:

node verify_course.mjs
npx wrangler pages deploy app --project-name mozi-edu --branch main --commit-dirty=true
# then fetch the deployed URL and assert HTTP 200 + the expected <title>
End-to-end smoke — the one that proves the system is real

She opens the URL on her phone, fills the deal sheet, works modules 00 and 01, posts the listing, and hits Export. He pastes the block into a chat and gets back a marked rubric that lands on the right rep. If that round trip completes once, everything else is detail.

Non-goals

Open Questions

Four decisions that would change the build. Everything else is settled above.

Single choice
Module 07 ends with a live campaign. What budget is real?
$30–50 total Recommended
Enough to run three creatives against one audience for 3–4 days and watch CPM, CTR and CPC move. Not enough for a conversion result — which is fine, because the skill being trained is reading the numbers, not winning.
$150–300
Enough to reach statistical honesty on a creative test and see a real cost-per-result. Better training, real money.
Zero — simulation only
Drills run entirely on generated dashboards. Everything transfers the day either of you spends, but neither of you has touched Ads Manager for real.
Write-in — name a figure and whose ad account it runs on.
Single choice
$100M Leads isn't on disk, and three modules need it. How should that gap be filled?
Source from the web, cite everything Recommended
The Core Four and Hook–Retain–Reward are widely and accurately documented. Every claim gets a citation in SOURCES.md, flagged as secondary rather than primary source. No delay.
You add the file first
If you can drop $100M Leads into hormozi-playbooks\, modules 04, 06 and 07 get built from primary source at the same standard as the rest. Tell me when it's there.
Teach only what's on disk
Cut the Core Four and Hook–Retain–Reward entirely. Cleanest provenance, but it leaves a visible hole in the organic and outreach modules.
Write-in — any other source you'd want used.
Single choice
Module 08 — money models, pricing, retention, LTV. Build it?
Scope it, don't build it yet Recommended
Seven days is already ~54 hours. Module 08 is business-model material, not ad-writing, and it's the least useful thing for someone whose next act is selling one apartment. Build it if she wants it after day 07.
Build it now with the rest
Adds ~6h and one more authoring agent to Phase C. Makes the course genuinely complete as a business-marketing education rather than an advertising one.
Write-in.
Free-form
One fully-worked apartment example, or deal sheet only?
Invented Cairo listing as the worked example Recommended
Teach-before-produce needs a complete A-grade example she can study before writing her own. I'll build one realistic listing — district, price, comps, photos, full copy in both languages — and she fills her own deal sheet for the reps.
Use her real apartment for the worked example
Tighter and more motivating, but I need the district, asking price, size, floor, finishing and papers status before Phase B starts — which is tonight. If you have those, paste them.
Write-in — if you want her real listing used, the details go here.
